Ventures

Partner with us

Where your industry knowledge meets our product machine.

The Venture is the deal we make when your idea deserves more than an invoice: you bring an industry you know from the inside, we bring the whole product machine, and we own the outcome together.

We are picky about these, because we invest our own build. That is the point: we only win if the product does.

The deal, in three parts

  1. 01

    You bring the domain

A real problem you know first hand, and the network to put the product in front of the people who have it.

  2. 02

    We bring the product

Design, engineering and operations on our own tooling, from the first prototype to running software.

  3. 03

    We own it together

We invest our build alongside your knowledge and take a stake in the outcome, so we only win if the product does.

How this is different

A venture is not a bigger engagement.

If you want software built, owned and maintained for you, that is the Studio and it is the better deal. A venture is for the case where the product should outgrow the project.

  • Not an engagement

We invest the build, not invoice it

In a Studio engagement you pay for the work and own the result outright. In a venture we put part of our build in instead of billing it, and take a stake in the product it becomes.

  • Not a fund

We bring the machine, not a cheque

What we contribute is design, engineering and operations on our own delivery system, with the same gates and the same named people as every client project.

  • What makes us say yes

A problem you have lived, and a way in

We look for a domain you know from the inside, a first group of people who already have the problem, and a route to reach them that does not start with buying an audience.

  • What happens first

    A short, honest look

A conversation, then a few weeks of shaping the idea into something buildable. Most of them end there with a clear no, and that costs neither of us anything.
