How we work

  • The work

    Agents do most of the typing.

    A fleet of agents runs through every part of the operation, on our own tools, and most of what we ship has passed through their hands. That is not the future tense here, it is Tuesday.

  • The hire

    We hire for judgment, craft and taste.

    What is left when execution gets cheap is deciding what should exist, knowing when something is actually good, and the call nobody can write down. Those are the three we interview for.

  • The scale

    A small team, on purpose.

    Everyone is close to a real client and a real product, and nobody is two layers away from the consequence of their work. It is the only way the loop stays fast.
